My brother is not able to take antipsychoti
c drug as he is getting seviour chest pain after talking those drugs.. and his ecg is abnormal and he is not ready for further investigation..I need help.

I can imagine it must be quite difficult for you.
There are antipsychotic medication which are safe in heart disease and can be safely prescribed to people with heart problems. Please encourage your brother to see.a psychiatrist in person who can have a detailed discussion with hoon and address his concerns. Once. He is mentally stable, it will be easier to convince him for further investigation.

U need to get him admitted asap. Many a times schizophrenic patients refuse to take medications and become extremely non compliant. He needs to be treated and needs medical monitoring as well which is not possible at home. Also medications might need to be given in an IV way if he refuses to take them orally. You have not specified the type of schizophrenia.
