I feel to be alone more often. I don't like to see people around me..even i stopped hanging out with my friends.whenever i have to meet anyone i feel stressed and want to isolate myself from everything. I don't know if its common or i can do something about it.Please suggest something.

Sir I am feeling always sleepy at day time but I take good sleep at night. It's effecting my study.What medicine should I take..

Since 2018 beginning I'm suffering from menopause. I haven't been able to sleep properly for a long time without a sleeping pill. I've the issue of morning vomiting and intestinal churning right after I get up and brush my teeth. Once this happens, the whole day I feel terribly tired and unmotivated to do anything. As soon as I come back from work I just want to lie down on the bed. It's not that I sleep. I'm unable to sleep yet I ways feel sleepy and tired. It's hard to do simple tasks sometimes and the mind makes everything looks like a mountain to be moved. I don't feel like socialising as well. My husband has been suggesting me to try yoga and stuff but I've not been able to break the threshold of my laziness. I really want to be fit and moving but I simply am not able to gather enough motivation and courage to look positively and actively towards life. All I can do is the bare minimum necessary tasks of the day and the rest of the tasks look to big to be completed.

I'm taking the following medicines currently Prestiq 50 Lithosun SR 400 Lamitor OD 200 Qutan 50 Of late I'm facing problem in remembering things and concentrating. My doc has advised Concerta 18 to be taken in the morning. Please suggest whether it is safe to take it as I've read a lot of negatives about it on the web

If the mental patient is strongly disagreed to go to the doctor, how to avail the medical facilities

Due to anxiety issues there is a problem in the stomach and gastric issues. We have checked with many doctors. Actually there is no problem at all that is what the doctor say. Recently one month she has been diagnosed with breast cancer and skin cancer and her chemotherapy has been started. But her anxiety issues she gets lot of pain in the stomach which goes for 4-5 hours

Even after taking a good night sleep, i feel drowsy 2-3 hours after waking up. The sleep becomes uncontrollable at noon. What should I do? Please help. Thank you.
