Hi,
My friend is having a hard time with feeling of depression and aggressive behavior. She isn't even able to handle simple things anymore. Can't even take small levels of stress. She started talking to herself, cries under stress and also reacts agressively if things doesn't go smoothly or flavourably. Need help on solving this issue either by some kind of therapy or tablets.

You friend did seem quite distressed. Please encourage her to see a psychiatrist in person for a detailed evaluation to understand the underlying reason. Once, we are able to come to a diagnosis then we can devise a Treatment plan depending on her diagnosis and severity of symptoms . treatment usually consists of medications and psychological support.
You can support her by reassuring hey that you are there for her, listening to her and encouraging her to seek professional help.
