My friend is affecting my mental health
I have been in a so called relationship for 2 and a half years. And everytime I talk to him, he keeps demeaning me. He motivates me but at the same time demean me. And I keep thinking about him everyday and what he said affects my day to day life. So much so that it breaks my self esteem. I feel as if he is trying to reflect his insecurities on me! I feel trapped. We are not in touch now but it still affects mental health. What should I do? I think as if there is no way out. It's not so easy to just stop thinking about it!!
