A month or two ago I started having a difficult time falling asleep. I don't fall asleep until around 3:00-5:00 am. I'm easily irritated, can't focus, etc. Because of this my anxiety and depression started acting up. I had an extreme mental breakdown a day or two ago. I seem to be having small breakdowns throughout the day now.
