Hello practo user I can understand the difficulty that you are currently facing in your life right now . Sleep gets disturbed due to some underlying stress in your life personal or professional . Unhealthy past experiences can also cause such disturbances in your sleep cycles. It is recommended that you try and induce a sleep environment – by limiting your time on the phone before sleep , practice some deep breathing exercises and relax yourself before sleeping by taking a nice shower . Eat a healthy diet and try and go for regular exercises as its good for your overall health as well. It would be beneficial if you consult a clinical psychologist for better management of symptoms through regular counseling session. You can also reach out to me through practo app for further help and guidance.

Sleep problems are often secondary to stress and it is important to evaluate whether such reasons require treatment. Consult a psychiatrist online or in person for evaluation and treatment.
