My brother is on antipsychotic medications which include Haloperidol , Clozapine , Trihexphenydil , Trancodol and lorazepam
He is having fever and headache.
Is paracetamol safe to give with these drugs ? And what else should we give ?

Paracetamol can be given.
But as he is on multiple drug and especially clozapine can caused decreased in white blood cell that can be dangerous, so get immediate assistance from your treating doctor or any available doctor nearly.
After proper investigation it can become clear about reason of fever, so do not waste time and seek immediate professional help.
