From long time I face this situation,I explain my problem in 2 modes of period.Mode1-(I can't understand what is going with me,I can't focus,concentrate on anything,feeling nervous anytime,can't take decisions,can't talk e ffectively and smart with any1).Mode2-(in this I can talk very effective with anyone,aisa answer deta Hu k aagewaleka bhi samadhan ho aur Mera bhi,very smart thinking,can tackle any condition,able to talk with anyone with calm mind and thinking).Problem is that.let example- in 1 month 25-28 days I surely live in mode1, 2-4 days in mode 2 in which I want to live.How that modes changes automatically?When I in mode2 I think many times 'yahi thinking aaj dinbhar hone Chahiye'but aisa hota Nahi hai.In that small period I feel very happy from inside.Is it stress,depression or any other thing?whenever I got in mode1 always search on net"how to think effective,talk effectively,about stress,depression,always browsing about meditation"lying on bed anytime, sleepless nights.

My wife was suffering with seizers very frequently. For treatment purpose we approached nimhans 5 momths back. They diagnised that the problem is dissociative disorder. And suggested to take 10 mg of amynotryptilline (0dep tablets) everyday during bed time. She was under medication for 6 months. At the time of using aminotryptiline she was perfectly doing well. As there is no problem from 6onths doctor asked to stop tablets. As per doctor advise  she stopped using tablets. After stopping tablets, she is sufferingv with lack of sleep. From past 2 days she is not getting sleep. To get sleep she has even took cloazepam 0.5 mg. Still she is not getting sleep and suffering with headache and weakness. She alslo says that some pictues are scrolling in her mind Request your suggestions ln this issue.

Retired Gov. Employee : No good sleep ( intrupted sleep some time broke up 3.00 am) inactive , worried , mobile & TV addicted . Feeling exhausted with small walk ( auger & High BP is there) . Unoccupied & feeling no happiness. Pl suggest which kind of Doctor may help him !

I am feel obsessed with my best friend. Whenever he is with some other guy I feel insecure that he will forget me. Also he has alot of followers on instagram, that also makes me insecure. What should I do?

Doctor has prescribed me etizolam for 10 days and serta 25mg for my anxiety and depression. I read etizolam Elm 0.5mg causes memory impairment is that true? I'm afraid to start the medicine

I am having petril MD 0.75 mg, Buspin 10 mg twice daily and sulpitac 25 mg. Still unable to sleep properly..also can petril 0.75 mg cause dependence.

I'm taking stalopam tablets since last 1.5 years. My treatment started in May 2017 and  doctor prescribed stalopam lite which continued for 4 months. Later dosage was reduced to stalopam 10 mg. I'm taking stalopam 10 mg 1 tablet at night for last 1 year and now my doctor increased the dosage to 1 and half tablets. I want to discontinue using this as I've read somewhere that psychiatric medicine can ruin one's life. So can I stop taking this without the consultation of my psychiatrist. Please help me.
