I wrote my problems here u can find the attachment below... i really not satisfied with myself i having very severe mood swings and sleeping problems... i feel depressed all the time... i cry and hurt myself whenever i feel so hyper... i need to be strong n calm but instead m very emotional and weaker day by day. i have hyperthyroid  which is <150

She behaves normal, if any thing goes against her will and wish she shoots and raises to high pitch mis  and rude behave with whomsoever in front of her. So plz suggest ur valuables

Hi doctor, I suffered with depression but I consulted psychiatrist doctor 1year back he prescribed some tablets (mirtaz 7.5 and Amazeo 50mg) for 1month,at that time he told come after one for counseling, but after taking Medicine I feel very relief and happy that's why I did consult doctor for counseling. But sometimes again I observe again came depression symptoms, that time I take medicine that time iam happy,but how should I overcome this problem without medicine. Can I attend any counseling for my anxiety or depression. Because of I am suffering with lower back pain since 2years,I unable to 15minutes,I unable find exact solution for back pain,I left my job 2years back for reason back pain,when I thinking about my future it's going to depression. What I have to do this problem how can strong my mental health, please tell me some technics sir.

Hi, I have done some research on my own and I feel like I have ADHD. I need a proper diagnosis. All the signs are there and I feel like it came to me from my father.

I was suffering from depression and anxiety from last 1 year and was on medication since last 4 months my anxiety is 80 % fine depression has also reduced but still i am not energised or charge as before i feel boredom i just wanted to know how long does it take to get full relief

I am taking flunil 1-0-0 since 20 days, Dr recently added resque LS 0-0-1 from 2 days,but my anxiety and depression not decrease,when I feel less anxious?,my anxiety become worse.

Is it alright to occasionally take half a Crocin for pain relief if you are taking desvenlafaxine (DT XT 25mg)? My entire body muscles are extremely sore and painful from workout.

I m facing a problem of sleepless nights. Not able to take sleep I know have some serious tensions in my married life. Due to sleepless nights I m facing some serious headache also sometimes. Please suggest the best remedy.
