Sleeplessness , stomach crams, goosebumps, chills , back pain sweating ... depression...nd not finding intrest in any thing.. boredom nd cant aplble to study

Suddenly pain started in different sections of brain. The pain has reached to my right hand and shoulders and its worst pain. I have had migraine previously but now this time its intense. I am unable to sleep. Please suggest some medication. Already had mri and CT scan and reports are normal. Please help

I have recently developed the symptoms of migraine. At first i cant see properly and i feel like my head is swinging and some lines come in front of my eyes and after 20 to 15 minutes it stops and my left head slightly up from eyes the full area starts paining and i cant bear the pain.what should i do.

I don't know how to start,Its first time talking to a specialist.. i feel like m DEAD.but yet smiling from outside. i cant sleep easily..smtimes i awake whole night. my mood swings in second aftr mom's death(2008) i started working for my family(dad & bro),i am fighting to get over my sadness but sometimes when i burst out and wasn't able to overcome my own feelings i ended up eating 15 pills i did cut my hands more than 5 times coz i nvr try to hurt other but i can do with myself i cry almost evry night some times in a day. m scared with myself.Help me.

3 months back i had acid reflux problem which i thought is a heart problem...i got my ecg n echo done and it was normal...But since then i have become a very different person, earlier i was very very carefree person use to eat alot outside now i get tensed when i eat outside i think my heart rate will go up and because of that it happens always and after eating i am always checking my heart rate non stop n it reaches 95- 115 at that time..i think i will have the same problem i always have thoughts that i will die...and m always touching between my neck whether my heart rate is high..and check on my mobile again n again..

Can I use rozerem for sleep while on escitalopram ? I also want to know is it causes blurred vision or not. And is it ok for long term use? Thanks in advance.

I got married last year. in recent days I have problem with my mother in law, and my husband supporting her mother even problem is in her side. He's telling me that I have to adjust her because she's widow and he's is the only one she has. So day before yesterday me and my husband were taking about the problem I was screaming and crying like crazy neighbours are all came to our house but I dont know why I screamed like this and this happened 2nd time.
