My mother is taking Quetiapine Fumarate 100 mg Sustained Release (SR) tablets night after meals But she is feeling too much sleepiness morning and till afternoon . She is unable to work due to this medicine So she is thinking to  take half the medicine now on own .. or she is saying she will stop that medicine Is that ok doctors plz suggest Is taking half medicine good only or not ? Pl reply very urgent

She appears depressed, but there are additional symptoms that concern us. She does not speak much about her current reality and instead repeatedly talks in detail about past incidents where she felt humiliated, often exaggerating them and sharing them openly with others, including things she would normally have kept private. She says that our father, who passed away, is giving her instructions and telling her that certain events will happen. She had a good professional relationship with a male colleague, but other colleagues linked them together and spoke badly about her; although she did not react at the time, this seems to have affected her deeply. She also used to help a friend edit videos for a YouTube channel, and after that friend left, she has developed a strong fixation on editing and posting videos. I had painful nightfalls with severe burning. Antibiotics helped temporarily but symptoms returned.A GP referred me to a psychiatrist who prescribed Paraxotine for longterm and was on it for 14years later he moved abroad.Over time I developed weight gain & sexual dysfunction, so before marriage I consulted another psychiatrist for stoping it.He tapered it in 2 weeks.After stopping I had severe withdrawal symptoms:insomnia, brain zaps, panic and akathisia. These began only after stopping the medication but were misdiagnosed as anxiety, and I was prescribed multiple medicines including SNRIs, benzos and antipsychotics which caused adverse and paradoxical reactions.Reinstating Paroxetine after 7 months worsened them further. I developed hypersensitivity to psychiatric medicines and also antibiotics. Currently only on Clonazepam 0.5 mg; severe insomnia persists. I found many similar online cases after rapid SSRI taper and respectfully request help evaluating possible protracted withdrawal.

Can i get treatment of my opioid and mdma addiction here.? I am suffering from addiction since 4 years.

Hello Doctor, I am taking Escitalopram 5 mg for OCD as prescribed. Earlier, I took Flunil 40 mg for 1 year and the symptoms were resolved. After 1 year, Flunil caused itching, so Escitalopram was started 2 months ago on your recommendation. Since starting Escitalopram, I am now experiencing itching (khujli) on my skin again. Could you please advise if I should continue, adjust the dose, or switch medication? Thank you

On December 6th i reduced my prodep dose from 20 mg to 10 mg and also stopped lenozep 1/2 of 0.25 mg after temparing . Now from last few days . Last one week Iam oberving tiredness , leg pain body pain etc . Also i have been working long hours on laptop and lot of work pressure .. now I'm confused if this is due to the medicine reduction or work load and stress.
