I feel sad and not loved by anyone , how can I make myself feel good and happy . It started post pregnancy and its been 3 years now .

Hello ma'am Since it is 3 years, we cannot directly correlate it with pregnancy (I.e post partam depression) However these symptoms do appear after pregnancy and iske saath aur bhi issues and symptoms ho sakte hai which might be bothering you These issues can be resolved would need treatment (counselling/ therapy or if required some medicines for short duration and faster response)
