It's hard to explain now that I am trying to put it into words for someone. I have being having issues with moods. I feel like I making big deal out of nothing. Tonight as I am writing this something I saw on social media got me anxious. It was so bad but later after 3 hours I was anxious but also feeling elevated like happy at same time it's weird. Always in my bedroom and don't like when people come in. I have being like this for few years now like after I turned 16 I guess...I will not take my calls, not talk to people for days. I will always abundant and delay work I know is important and get all messed up because of it . There's time when I am  kind of good and there's time when I'm kind of restless/depressed. I need to mentally prepare myself before making plans to go out. I constantly create problem that could have been avoided. This is effecting my relationships with people.

I don't know what exactly i am facing but from past few weeks i feel restless and i don't want to meet any people or talk to anyone .i don't feel good.

Sir always my mind is negative and no concentration on my work. My mind changeing every day and unknown fear and tension and emotional weakness and i have no friends in my college because i am not close to any one

Hi sir i have been living with anxiety such as panic attacks more than 15 years. Now I'm 28 recently doctor has found i have this issues since it affects my daily life. Usually my body full day panic feeling.I do not know why.. Which makes me nervous all time.. Example if I see my friends at somewhere my body gets nervous whole body shaking from top to bottom. I tried SSRI(paroxetine) , SNRI, (desvenlafaxine), clonazepam, amisulpride, buspirone nothing works.. These are all gives me trouble instead helps me in my thinking skills and memory. Now I'm trying tofisopam 25 mg as per doctor prescription first day somewhat okay compare to other drugs. But when i read about that drugs it especially made for alcohol withdrawal.. Could my anxiety makes me to that condition??? How do I recover myself if this medicine does not works. If it works what shll i do additionally to recover perfectly.. Kindly help me ato cure this??

Is possessed by "evil spirit" a mental disorder in medical science? Can it be cured by psychiatric treatment? Or is it purely a spiritual thing which can only be cured by exorcists?

I am 21 yrs male.i was 14 or 15 when I started to touch my sister in sleep.i would touch her body inside the dress.i did that a few times and later stopped.but again after 3 years did that once or twice when we had to share the same bed.i have immense respect and love for my sister.but I don't know why I did it.though I did that when I was 15,I again did that at 18 when we shared the same bed once.i am 21 now.i feel extremely guilty and want to die as I cannot face my sister who is a year younger.i am mature now and really feeling guilty of what happened 3 or 4 years ago.i am not able to live with this guilt.pls provide me the best answer.i am very protective of my sister and I love her.but I do not know why I did that

Hi sir, i have been taking bupropion for 2 month it has help me for ADD, but sometime I feels nervous feeling and pounding heart, I was not able to recall what I just read and not able to do simple. Calculations, doctor gives me amisulpride 50 mg it was awosome after taken tht the problem I faced chest pain and pounding heart.. Now doctor gives me petril beta 20 mg.. But im not feel energetic and I feel. Sluggish after taken petril beta. Why it has happened.. Kindly suggest

My son is scared of oil, chemicals. Not able to out alone and play with children of his same age. He is scared of watching news. Not able to eat his food until someone eats a bit of it
