Few years ago, a person shouted at me that I frequently keep taps open. I was deeply shocked and this argument is always in my head when using taps. So, I super over fear that some tap may remain open after use. Some psychiatrists, I surely need help on this phobia of using taps.

It's a phobia and u can easily get over it.
Mind produces irrational thought and you need to overcome it

The illness your suffering from probably is post traumatic stress disorder.......I suggest you to start Medication Nexito 10 mg every day and we will do cognitive behavioral therapy to over come it successfully.
Don't worry....
For a simple technique....I suggest you to try... repeated exposure to tap opening with a relaxation techniques.
