I am suffering from social anxiety disorder. Whenever I face social situations Like asking questions in classroom, Talking to strangers or girls, In cafeteria, In a marriage party, In interview, public places,Even playing outdoor games...And so on...My heart rate becomes very high & my face expression becomes very confused and I can't control myself and later feels very bad. Also my memory nowadays is very weak and i can't concentrate in studies. And because of that I always avoid these type of situations which is affecting my career very badly. Earlier I thought that i am introvert,shy,very emotional and very sensitive so that it is happening with me and i accepted that and assumed that always I will be like that. But now I am thinking is it treatable ? If yes what is chances that i will become like all other people who live life fearlessly. In delhi where i can find good psychologist or psychiatrist also i am student and my budget is very little.What should i do now Please help me...

I have headache problem too much due to tension. I use to take a pain killer every time I had a headache. Once or twice a week I have to take medicines. I am 34 year old female. I want to try acupressure to avoid medicines. Please tell me what are the pain relieving points for headaches due to tension.

Please somebody help these thoughts don't seem to go away I feel killed inside. i can't contain whats going on in my mind continues suicidal thoughts nothing but tiredness irritation anger agitation what not. please help please idk what.to do I'm going paranoid please.

Hello Dear Sir /Maam I was suffering from migraine so my Neuro told me to have betacap TR 40 for last 1.5 months But now i am unable to recapitulate thing after getting up from sleep my head seems not to work for 3-4 hrs so should i stop taking betacap TR 40 for somedays as my exam is near .Moreover i m CA final students so huge exam stress

I am on a daily dose of 2 mg risperidone. Is it safe to consume alcohol occasionally/ once a week with this dose?

Does psychiatrist provide medications for insomnia or is it just counselling? Will he prescribe any sleeping pills in small doses?

I have developed anger issues recently. I don't feel like talking to people. I have no one to talk to about my feelings. I feel very low and have no one to connect with emotionally. I feel really frustrated due to this. I even fight a lot with my partner since he doesn't give me attention and that hurts a lot.i feel really low the whole day and even face problems in interacting with new people so I feel difficult to adjust in office as well. I have a lonely feeling,this end up crying most of the time. Suggest me a suitable solution.
