I am suffering from General anixity disorder doctor gave me fluoxetine 60 mg .in how many weeks I cure my anixity fully

I have a problem of panic attacks and anxiety. I will be bit depressed every time and always surrounded with negative thoughts in my mind. Cause of this issue i am not able to take a proper sleep.

स्मरण शक्ति कमी असल्यामुळे खालील प्रॉब्लेम्स              माझी व्यवस्थित झोप होत नाही. जेव्हा मी झोपतो रात्री किवा दिवसा तेव्हा स्वप्न पडतात. डोळे मिट लेकी काहीही स्वप्न व दिवस भरात जे काही घडते ते रात्री डोक्यामध्ये चक्र चालू राहते. लक्शात राहत नाही. चिडचिड करतो. आत्महत्या चा विचार येतो. 8 वर्षा पासुन चालु ahe.

I have anxiety problem ...basically negative thinking & fear about my health last 5 year ...I consulted 7-8 with psychiatrist but everytime I stop my medicine due to side effect...last time before 7 month I consulted doctor ...He prescribed opiprol 50 for 3 month ...bt again I stop medicine after 20-25 days ...presently I taking opiprol 50 last 30 day but no side effect  are appare ...can I contine this medicine for  3/4 month..? 4

Hey Is it health anxiety that i feel every sensation movement in my body...I overthink and worried about my body thats why i feel sensation more in my neck and throat...Because 4 months back i had acid reflux which i thought to be a heart problem got ecg done twice and echo too everything came normal...
