its important to balance our activities and schedules with both labor/focus intensive and as well as enjoyable activities. too much inclination to one specific nature of activities will hamper our well being and productivity. s one of the effective solutions you can implement is to make a balanced time table whether is adequate focus on academics as well as enjoyable and recreational activities like socialization, sporting activities, physical exercises, meditation, hobbies/interests etc. the growth of intellect is caused not only by rigorous academic efforts but also by adequate physical exercises and enjoyable activities and therefore its important to accommodate both in our daily schedules and routines. secondly an extreme fear of failure and disappointments can lead to anxiety and general fear/discomfort. which can be manifested in forms of disturbed sleep/dreams, difficulty in concentration, irritability, excessive thinking/preoccupation with future etc. in these issues its important to practice mediation and regulate our physiological responses so that our vital functions such as sleep is normalized at the same time we control our bodily reactions and responsiveness ( sweating, heightened heartbeat) etc. at the same time its important to perceive your thoughts in a more logical and reasonable framework so that we can counter the negative and detrimental ones and learn (develop self discovery/insight) from rational thoughts and prepare ourselves adequately for future depending on our strengths and positive attributes.
Next Steps
develop a balanced time table, practice mediation, enhance self discovery, build on positives and strengths.

Hi , please don't panic , we do suffer at times from these conditions and also we come out . Nothing is permanent in life till you want to make efforts to it Your negetive dreams are an indication to your fears ,which definately gets cured . You are expecting results from your exams and also you lack confidence so you have developed these anxieties , fears and nervousness . It is ok , it is a temporary phase , Develop confidence , your fears are irrational , possibly things won't happen the way you think negetive about them . So stop overthinking this can lead you to severe anxiety or depression. Also will hamper your studies So don't fear of what will happen in future , just make true efforts for today. If possible reach me or any other counselor , as a counselor we explore your in depth history ,what is affecting you and how can you come out of it. I also give online sessions, face to face and in special case home visits . Goodluck and don't worry , many people do get captured in this and also come out . It is not permanent.
Next Steps
Approach a counselor your self treatment: develop confidence, focus on studies , have positive thoughts. Believe that you are capable and will do good .say this everyday ,specially whenever you feel low.
Health Tips
Stop thinking of tomorrow, stop negetive thoughts.
