My mom can not sleep properly. She try to get a healthy sleep but she can't, and look dull all the day

Not being able to sleep at nights. Sometimes I sleep on time yet wake up at odd intervals of time and then don't sleep. My head hurts and my eyes hurt more.

I am currently taking cyclotin 60+20,and resque LS at night,after passing of 1 week with 50% ok than suddenly for 2-3 days anxiety become worse,this is running continuesly,I don't know what to do in this situation?

Severe Depression and hearing loss is possible???. Beacuse i have problem. For more than 24 years recently I had taken bupropion all my issues has been solved.

I m on ecitalopram 10mg for depression and anxiety it seems to work but it makes me numb and emotionally flat and also m not able to climax... Can i add mirtazapine to counter side effects and at what dose?

Hii, from last one year i am stressed very much. When all things are alright suddenly something goes wrong and all the little happy times get ruined. My family is also stressed very much because of some tesnsions and seeing them stressed increases my anxiety. And my personal prblms are also very much. I cannot concentrate on any thing and i just stick to the bed whole day. Unfortunately i have no one to share my prblms. As a student i am not economically efficient to get counselling and guidance from any mental health professional. I expect help from here.

How can someone spots depression in himself is there r any harm signs that might be surely confirm depression

Hi sir i have anxiety like 1. Hands trembling while counting money,holding a cup of tea,while writing 2.rapid heart beat, sweating feets,mind always depressed,over thinking,mind was always confused for small things I have done many test like Thyroid,ECG,blood plasma test results were normally I have also consulted doctor like physcraist,endocrinology im not feeling upto right Atlast 3months im using homeopathy medicines not up to mark im feeling same anxiety Please help me any test should i go or suggest best doctor for my problem

Nervous system weakMale, 32I have after some time recurrent apthous ulcer due to nervous system weak. I have ADHD problem due to CALCIUM not absorb in my body and constipation occur only nicotinamide 45mg and CALCIUM arround 50 mg and vitamin b1 contain multivitamin suit me . many psychiatrist prescribe felicita od,nexnuron , Mecobion od . all this medicine prescribe doctor one time only but only nurobion forte 2 times after meal suit me. All doctor say muscle weak So pls suggest best multivitamin and multimineral for improve my health. My weight 45kg, height 5.7ft
