I am suffering from anxiety disorder. Taken betacap10mg but now I am fine .so my question is should i continue it.

HI Sir Thanks for seeking help here. With Betacap 10 is controlling your Anxiety...this means...it's very mild Anxiety. Anxiety disorder can be controlled by exercise and yoga and cognitive behavioral therapy. As Ur symptoms are less, I suggest you to start regular JPMR - & Yoga..... After 1 month of this regular habbit, just stop Betacap. You will be fine.

Details needed to confirm what kind of anxiety you are suffering and its duration and severity.  Though if you think this medicine has given you complete relief then you can use it as and when required basis. For proper suggestion i request you to kindly consult a psychiatrist nearby or online so that thorough evaluation is done and accordingly treatment can be suggested
