Hi,
I want to address my stress issues. I am currently suffering from Sacroilisis (I am currently under natuoropathic treatment)and to top it off I get stress in every issue. The moment I wake up I can feel my heart skipping. There is no specific reason but may be I am not able to manage time or do not live in the present moment that is why it is happening. I am not able to handle it myself and I need a good psychologist who can help me deal with this issue. Please provide me some direction meanwhile.
