I'm always so self-conscious like stupid. Meditation does not help me overcome the same at all. Pls help me!
I just do things that make me feel so stupid...m always afraid I'm gonna have an accident either on the road or off and the more I try to be careful the more it's ridiculous! Is everything fr the last time, due to my anxiety??!

Head twitch
