Hello.
I understand that you must be concerned with what's happening, however I assure you that right treatment can make you feel better. As you said, symptoms have been there for 2 years, it is important to understand whether there was a particular cause for these symptoms to occur. Also important to notice whether there is any particular time or situation that you feel these symptoms become more prominent. As you have checked with a physician and since the results are normal, we may have to believe that it could be psychological. Symptoms can indicate anxiety or related diagnosis.
Next Steps
It is very important that you consult a psychiatrist and let him/her know the situation. Let the psychiatrist know that you have consulted with a physician and results are normal. This would help the psychiatrist to understand the situation better.
Health Tips
Do not be concerned, right treatment can be done once you are aware of the actual cause. These could psychosomatic symptoms i.e, symptoms showing in your body due to psychological factors. Once you are aware of the same, treatment can be done effectively.

These could be panic disorder. You need to consult a psychiatrist for medication. Relaxation exercise will also help. Identification of stress, family history, drug abuse if any, all need to be assessed.
