IRRITATION
I was suffering from depression and anxiety for which i was on treatment.My medication has reduced but one problem that i am facing everyday is irritation..i feel irrittaed all the time with all unrealistic and unusual thoughts. For example: while talking with some one suddenly i get anxious or while saying any sentence i repeat it.. Please let me know how long does it takes for full cure..

Hello First of all, think for two minutes what you gain from watching drama all the time. Are you helping the TV series getting a high rating?Are you helping the directors or actors to flourish their career? So yes! You are helping all of them and ruining your own career.Think how can you win yourself.

Irritation can occur o ly when the expected outcome is not met. That leads to anxiety.. To overcome this issue, do consult a psychologist.

Irritability is the sign of hidden depression or anxiety. I feel you are not completely recovered from your illness. I dont know whether you are still on treatment or not but don't worry this condition can be treated with psychotherapy and if required medication.
