Dear client
I would like to know about you job.Do you work with figures or complex charts? Do you take enough break? Do you like your job?
Considering nootropics, many of them are dietary supplements or items in our food. Vitamins of group B also help. Some herbal extacts are also marked. So it is important to consult a doctor before starting on them.
Next Steps
most of the supplements are not harmful to long term use. Also get your thyroid hormones and haemoglobin levels checked as deficiency causes fatigue.

Talk to experienced psychiatrist online and get your health questions answered in just 5 minutes.
Treatment of any problem depends on the root cause /diagnosis. In your case the information you provided is not sufficient to reach on any conclusion. You need to consult a psychiatrist nearby or online for detail discussion and evaluation so that diagnosis is established and accordingly treatment can be adviced. Nooptronics do help in some cases but again all depends on the root cause.
Hi, it depends basically on your reason as to why are you not able to concentrate. There could be many underlying causes for difficulty in concentration so first you need to find out as to why is it happening. Only then can we decide if the drug you’re taking will work or not. Also depends on which molecule you’re taking in the nooptronics. So go to a doctor preferably a psychiatrist and find out the reason for the same.
