I am facing this problem of anxiety which is leading to self harm. This problem is continuously increasing

Hi Thanks for seeking help here. Anxiety disorder can be well managed with medication and Cognitive behaviour therapy. Relaxation techniques are important for this disorder. I suggest you pls come for consultation ....for detail management plans.
