I feel like killing my self. I constantly think about it. But I'm really scared to die. I won't hurt myself but these thoughts are haunting me. I don't want to die.

Sir/Mam, I am 25 YRS old I have issues related to low self esteem and I have some personal problems related to my marriage life also, I cannot manage myself I also mood swing issue and feeling very depressed and stressed so kindly help me out to forget everything and make me as a nice person

I feel hopeless . I feel like I cant do anything in life . I feel like it wont matter . Lately I'm sleeping late and eating a lot .I have had suicidal thoughts . I don't know what to . I cant talk to anyone about this . I cant concentrate . I don't get the energy or patience to do any work . I feel like nobody loves me nor will anybody love me ever ! I just pretend to be happy and that isn't helping either . What should I do ?

I have been advised luramax 40 mg by a psychiatrist for bipolar disorder. However intake of the same is affecting me by excessive dizziness. I slept for 18 hours yesterday is there a way to subside the affect. Can i stop taking these medicines

My sister is not mentally fit, she fights everytime wid family members & relatives, arrogant behaviour. Her ego is very big, she think that she is right always nd don't listen to others. She is going worse day by day and is threat for all.
