I am having generalized anxiety and panic episode on slightest uncomfortable situation (which is not even a uncomfortable situation actually ) just thinking about taking to someone gives me mild panic. local psychiatric gave me ssri snri ndri and at last i was on mirtazapine and bupropion. doc tapered off meds bcz there wasn't any improvement in anxiety and panic issues. currently i am doing masters in bio chemistry. plz answer the questions instead of saying "visit me at clinic" don't take it as rude but i am really frustrated on my panic issues.

Am suffering from OCD and depression and anxiety and mentally sick i want to use pexep 12.5 for OCD and other problems please tell me is safe for to health???

Hello Doctor, over th past 5-6 months I am having problem of acute anger and rage. This has been happening. Although I control but sometimes I cant control and leads to breaking of things. Over the past 6-7 years in have been working out and into fitness a lot. But now for the past 6-8 months I have not been able to give time .. I also haven't been taking time out for myself for other activity. What shud I do ... in this case .. I feel very unfit as well as compared to my previous years.

I am scared to go out and travel because my mind keeps thinking that I might have the urge to use washroom and might not be able to do it while travelling. Now every time before going out I use the washroom even though I don't have the need to. Also, it has become such that every time I am going to go out for any work, I get this weird feeling in my stomach as if I need to use the washroom. It's happening every time and I am scared of going out. Sometimes it gets bad enough that I panic and sweat. Currently I am struggling to travel anywhere and keep thinking what will I do if I have to use a washroom but if there isn't any in the place I am in. Can someone please help me identify what this issue is and who I should show myself to? Thank you.

Iam decreased my height. My height before 159cms now 158cms Are 'DIVAA-OD 250' and 'OLEANZ PLUS' tablets will decrease height ? Because iam using this medicines for psychiatric problem. Please tell me !

I have a problem of social anxiety and panic attacks whenever I'm in social situations like in public transport, social gathering , presentation in college, interviews , group discussion or in other stressful situations . ( Symptoms like excessive forehead  sweating , nervousness , palpitations/ghabrahat, mind goes blank and many more ) . So I take opinion from online doctor after discussing my  problem on call , so he prescribed " pexep cr 12.5 at night and etilaam 0.5 twice in a day " . So I take pexep cr 12.5 for about 15 days but there are lot of side effects like headache , sweating even more when anxious so then I stop to take it........ so after that I take opinion from another psychiatrist and he told me to take nexito 10 ....so my query "is it ryt decision to stop pexep cr 12.5 and start nexito " ( Abhi tak nexito maine Li nahi )....is it ryt Medicine according to my problem as I discussed my problem above...plz help me doctor
