Unhappiness, mood swings , frustration
I'm not feeling happy or satisfied with what my day to day life holds. Constant fights with husband , no focus on work , loss or f concentration and forgetting things . Constantly comparing others life with mins . Even if good things are happening around me I be happy for a while n again same . I'm not liking everyone constantly preaching me what is to be done an end what not . I'm not liking that my husband has reduced his pampering for me he hardly spends time with me as we used to before marriage ...I'm not able to handle the responsibility post marriage may be I'm not able to come to a conclusion what exactly is bothering me ..

They can help you in following areas: Train you to have an assertive Communication with your husband. Adjust to a crisis or other current difficulty Identify negative beliefs and behaviors and replace them with healthy, positive ones Explore relationships and experiences, and develop positive interactions with others Find better ways to cope and solve problems Identify issues that contribute to your depression and change behaviors that make it worse Regain a sense of satisfaction and control in your life and help ease depression symptoms, such as hopelessness and anger Learn to set realistic goals for your life Develop the ability to tolerate and accept distress using healthier behaviors Self help tips Yoga, meditation, deep breathing. Jogging or any activity like dance , music et These are very effective as they calm your mind and oxygenates your brain. Hi Ma'am you please maintain a dairy in which you will record every day activities, stop reacting immediately, Maintain a separate dairy for your thoughts also, whatever you feel or do you please write, at the end of the day go through that once and assess yourself, you can filter what is good(positive) & what is bad (negative), so instead of reacting instantly follow this, definitely you will get good results.

you can join aerobics, practice mindfulness, take a break from routine life. with all these home based remedies you will improve.

Hi Mam Thanks for seeking help here. After careful evaluation of your history, I felt you are in deep stress. Mood swings and interpersonal issues are very common in emotionally unstable traits. When we do regular Personality enhancement and correct the interpersonal deficiency. We usually able to handle this without much difficulties.
