My wife is suffering from split personality disorder. How to deal with this. Is there any medication?

I had a nasty fight with my bf 5 days back since the he's not receiving my calls or replying to my texts. I kept trying for 3 days continuously then stopped days before yesterday. I can't imagine a life without him, I really want things to be good again. What should I do! We are in a long-distance relationship and he has already warned me not to contact any common friends or acquaintance to save my dignity.

I don't know I'm in which situation but based on some information i feel like I'm in anxiety feeling detached from myself and other physical worry like digestive problem . Numbness in hand and legs frequently so please suggest some self treatment if possible.

Can't hv peaceful sleep and too much of thoughts running can't happy always irrigated and angry.used to complain about everything no smile

Hi doctor I am taking sertraline 100 mg since 3 year for GAD and OCD but now i have some symtoms of ocd what i should to do

1) I am taking propranolol and paroxetine together I read in drug interaction checker that there is serious interaction between both meds can anybody update me on this 2)I have liver fibrosis so is these medicine safe for liver 2

My newly married sister unnecessarily doubt on her husband about past relationships before marriage. We know there is nothing she doubt unnecessary. She is very frustrated, depressed from life. She fight daily with his husband. She has made life if everyone difficult. Obviously because of all these the guy is also frustrated now. Now she think that he doesn't love him. Situation is very complicated. Now she doesn't believe anyone mom, dad and me. We obviously love her and we are very worried about her. Can we seek medical help in this? Is there medicine for these kind of condition? These things happens because of some kind of deficiencies? Immediate response is appreciated.

I have a grudge against my childhood pediatrician. When I was a kid my mom bought me this new tricycle. The design of it was flawed. I kept on falling. Once I was so badly hurt my mom had to take me a pediatrician. He was asking where it hurt. I kept on saying my head was hurting. But that evil monster kept on lying to my mom that it wasn't hurting. I mean why would he do that. I didn't do anything to him. Nor did I knew him before the incidence. I am having flashbacks of this today. I was angry at the doctor. Now I am crying and am upset about the incident. I am not feeling well. And I don't do well with guilt. Please help.
