Can I shift to siddha medicine.
Hi, I had trichotillomania in past and recovered from same a year back. It has left traces both physically and mentally. I have a bit of anxiety and fear. Can I move to Siddha medicine from allopathy as I feel my palpitations and other anxiety related issues are still in. Thanks, Karthick

Hi You have a neurotic disorder for which you need to take some antianxiety as well as anti depressant medicine, if you feel you are not responding you can ask your doctor, he may prescribe some other medicine or he may increase the dose of same medicine.
Next Steps
please visit you doctor regularly, also practice other behavioral therapies which you were taught.
