As you know that every phobia or mania  is related with anxiety and depression. U need to be treatment those basic symptoms and diseases. T treat ur mania u must take Behaviour therapy , counselling  etc. U must consult psychologist or me immediately online or offline and take care of ur mental health. Symptoms may gone but basic diseases must be treated properly to eradicate the disease. We need to know ur whole case history to know how ur disease is originated. Its helps us for treatment. If ur anxiety or depression is moderate or severe then u need medication also.

You need to consult a Psychiatrist and a Clinical Psychologist for your present condition. Combination of medication and therapy works well for your condition.
