Dear client Is it your own experience or you are asking for your own client? Concentration and memory depend on attention span.So the obsessions have to be  well conrolled . You must be using ssri like fluvoxamine.Use it at the highest tolerated level. Can add it on with clomipramine.can add risperidone.
Next Steps
Adding another ssri like paroxetone might increase sliver side effects.

Yes ocd can cause concentration and memory problems. Paxil is good medicine but better options are available to treat OCD more effectively. Consult a psychiatrist nearby or online so that detail discussion and evaluation is done and accordingly best option can be suggested. All the best
