Often feel vomit sensation and anxiety. Already have hyper acidity and reflux problem. Often take (sos) Pantoprazole Domperidone. Some time take vomikind md 4 tab. But this is not permanent solution. Doctor i request you kindly provide me some prescriptions.

I have Depression and Anxiety. I have been taking (Nexito)Escitalopram 10mg and (Lonazep)Clonazepam .5mg for 9months. I heard that clonazepam medication is usually used for short term use. Long term use can cause dependence for Clonazepam. Is it true? What are the side effects of Clonazepam being used for long term? Are these side effects reversible ? Thank you

Hello, I faced lot of problems on my past. I couldn't come out from those thoughts. Day by day am feeling depressed and suicide thought. What should I do now. Sometimes I feel to cry louder.. tablet can be a solutions for this ? And I met 2 different psychologist in past 3 years. They use to give me tablet but I couldn't feel it better. Anything else is there to recover me.

Dear Doc. My younger brother (age 27) is very much addicted to alcohol. It's been around 2 years that he is addicted. He drinks daily. If he doesn't gets alcohol for a day, his body starts shaking. I am very much concerned about him. Need help for him. Please suggest how can I help him. Thanks

So the thing is.. since I believe now 3 to 4 years i feel the extreme urge to twist my nose muscles and eyebrows muscles. Basically my entire face muscles something like forehead,eyes, nose, eyebrows and ears.. I don't do it intentionally. It just happens automatically when I m in public talking or working. But when I m in front of camera I kinda control it but still I feel the desperate urge to do it..if I don't do it my head starts hurting and face muscles feels heavy. And since that period of time I guess I have suddenly developed OCD. I don't like anything to be messed.. I want everything to be clean and in same angle or in same position with same distance. If I see anything messy I feel the urge to clean it or else I cannot stop thinking about it... Do u think I have that syndrome?

Hi doc. My brother is 15 yr old and is totally obsessed with a stray dog at our home,in a day maximum time he says about his dog directly or indirectly and watches videos of dogs ,he doesn't understand that if dog is dirty and sick as it's stray dog he should take precautions, instead he prefers to touch the dog and doesn't listen to parents ,it's really worrisome kindly guide.
