Sir lately I have been consulting my health by a psychiatrist doctor because of breathing problem and panic attack so he let me take Nexito Forte for almost 2 months and i don't consume medicine anymore but then now I'm having issues of breaking things and temper anger too high and also sometimes it makes me thing of hurting people but I always fight with it but I couldn't win it anymore ,I keep overthinking of negative things and I get panic and I won't be able to sleep in the night . So it's my humble request to please help and solve my situation.thank you 🙏

I am working in a banking sector in IT department. I am interacting with my team mate as well with other staff also. Now a days I am in depression. Actually one girl is in my team and she possess the same characters as I am searching in my better half and the same characters being possessed by one more girl. With both of them I am interacting daily. I am more serious about the girl who is not in my team but if some one get in touch with the girl who is in my team I feel anxious and this makes me think about her also. I am not able to concentrate on my further studies as well as in work. No movies is able to make me happy or divert my mind from them. I want to cry. I love loneliness and sad song heals me. Please help me to get out of the situations.

I smile only to show the world. I cant love, trust or respect even my parents, wife or anyone except me. I am suicidal but scared & have lost the ability to be happy, satisfied or contended with anything.Tough challenges scare me & I find shortcuts with a mind voice which I hv started to hate now. No work, books, movies, music, hobby, friends, food - makes me truly happy. As a lone child I grew up in poverty but I earn enough now to support my family. My money mindedness/stingy attitude is driving me crazy. After 5 affairs, 9 jobs and even with no apparent crisis in my life I can't ever feel joy. Even writing this I am unsure of what I call happiness. I have consulted 2 psychiatrists and 1 therapist, who prescribed sertaline between 2015-17. I have been a marijuana addict since 17 but I don't crave it since 2019. I write this to find a psychiatrist who could help me continue with this therapy as I stopped going before due to lack of tangible results. Is there any one who could help?
