I am facing problem of severe headache problem,vertigo n overthinking along with chest pain ... what to do ?

Is it fine to take Clonotril 0.25mg twice a day along with Uvox 50mg twice a day for 2 weeks, as prescribed.

I have insomnia and not able to sleep due to pain in my left thigh..The pain is in the vastus medlias part..this is cause of my anxiety and depression.. i feel sucidial due to this problem.. i have consulted the Spine Specialist which have given me Tolperisone-450,Duvanta-20mg and Tryptomer-10mg day and night.. with the medicine i am able to sleep but the pain is not going.. The pain is due to i drink 1 glass of water a day and driving the car for week and then the pain starts.. The medicine i am eating is nothing to cope with pain..The doc is saying u have fibromyalgia.. Can anxiety cause the fibromyalgia it is exactly not pain but burning type achy feeling...plz help me

Hi I am suffering from health anxiety, I think after having a sore throat and correlating it with Covid. It's been a month now. Though I have improved but very slowly. I used to have chest tightness earlier which has kind of subsided. Now, I feel like breathing deeply every 1-2 minutes. There's no wheezing or fever or cough. I am having difficulty sleeping,kind of awake in sleep. My current psychiatrist whom I consulted online has told me hearing my history of symptoms that I have OCD and have prescribed below medications for 2 weeks. Uvox 50mg Clonotril 0.25mg Inderal 10mg I am worried about the breathing and sleeping difficulty post the medications end. Any advise would be helpful.

Hi, I am prescribed Methylphenidate for my Adhd for which I have to make a monthly visit to  hospital to get medicine. The doctor sends the medicine list direct to in house pharmacy due to which I didn't receive prescription. Now due to lockdown I cant visit hospital since March and neither can I visit nearby pharmacy without prescription. I have receipts for my previous purchases and wanted to know if I can receive a prescription for the same to get medicine from nearby pharmacy. Thank you.
