Hi, I am not able to talk anything out and i am always numb. Please provide a solution. As i have lost my interest in things and i don't know how to correct it.

I am always panicked about death for the past 3 months.. I have been finding it difficult as it always presses my heart and a feel of panic in the path of heart to throat.. I found out its like thanatophobia.. I m trying to change my mindset but could not.. Very difficult.. Is it due to any of the fluids in my brain.. Please help me from this mysery

Is atomoxetine ( attentrol sun pharma 18mg ) a schedule x medication ? As i have confirmed it , it is not a schedule x drug according to a pharmacy then why psychiatrist dont prescribe it in online consultation ? One more thing , is it a stimulant ?

I am suffer uneasiness, anxious also discomfort on the chest like heaviness last 3month also muscle aches like feverish feel but no temperature & always negative thinks comes out. I feel always scared for death & didn't enjoy my life my stomach upset & feel little things like big things or wrong happen.when I should goes for sleep not easily sleep occurs also feel nothing interesting very much weakness in my whole body. Actually I am suffer allergies rhinitis now last 3 month take medicine not cured still continue but also I have a somatization disorder last 2 yes ago after taking 2 ya 3 month medication it cured little bit. But now I didn't want to take allopathic medicine because it reflects a lot of side-effects also now I consult online psychiatrist they prescribed me to take tofisopam 50 for 14 days but after taken 6 days it's side-effects occurs also suicide thought sometimes.plz told me can I take ayurvedic or homeopathic for permanent cured is it safe or cured from root ???

I AM A GOVT JOB ASPIRANT, DUE TO LOCK DOWN ALL MY EXAMS ARE POSTPONED, AND FOR 3-4 MONTHS, I HAVE BEEN FACING THE PROBLEM OF "LESS SLEEP" AT NIGHT,MAX 2-3 HOURS AT NIGHT. DEPRESSION AND ANXIETY ARE THE REASON. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Due to anxiety from last one month. I am taking the enclosed prescribed medicines . Now I feel 50% ok.. now pls suggest what to do. I have left the place where dr has clinic. Presently only problem with light anxiety and over thinking again and again on one topic . No concentration in any matter pls advise asap
