Mood related issue
Actually I am preparing for a competitive exam and the competition is very high so negative thoughts are coming in my mind like what would happen if i fail in the exam? Will I be able to clear it? Whether I'll be able to enjoy my life? Like this and eventually it makes me anxious. Except this I am pretty much joyful and nothing like depression is there. But this exam related worries makes me anxious. How to cure?

Dear Sir, don't worry. It seems just exam related worry. It is natural for most of us to go through it during exam times. Kindly relax yourself in between your preparations. Structure your day better. Eat well and sleep well
