In my ECG shows short pr range...remaining normal...one cardiologist told it has tendency to cause arrythmia and life threatning problem at any time...this made phobia to me...how can i come outside from this phobia..?

Does long term use of Ssri, anxiolytics and benzodiazapines affect intelligence, memorizing capacity and IQ? If yes, does it improve after stopping them.

How do I deal with this irritation caused by this lack of social interaction and going out etc? I tell myself to calm down but it doesn't help much.

I feel so low that I don't eat my food at time,I feel that I need someone who would understand me with what I am going through .I try to keep myself happy but little things always hurts me I don't want to wake up in the morning and I have a sleepless nights with negative thoughts revolving around myself I have irregular periods,weight gain ,acne and pimples over my face. I feel if someone could read my mind they would cry out so loud 😭😭

I have been prescribed Dveniz(50) in morning and Nexito 10 at night  for anxiety and depression. Dveniz works very well for depression , but taking nexito 10 makes me feel drowsy.I have been taking nexito for the 3 weeks. Is this a side effect or should I consider reducingthe dosage of nexito ?

On SSRI, benzo and anxiolytic since 6 years, yet no change. Are there any experimental treatments or drug trials I can explore?

Feeling depressed not taking proper sleep worrying about Future and cant focus on present and other relationship problem

Since few days am not well like feeling difficult in breathing suffocation ,cant sleep whole night always some or the other things run on my mind and yesterday i had a pain between my breast and under one breast and back side i was scared weather its heart attack and because of it i cant sleep and due to study pressure and continious  online classes am not feeling good. What is the reason for all is anything serious

Hello Dr, I have many health issues like ptsd, sometime hypoglycemic attack, anxiety, panic , recently fear of walking. .i didn't take and don't want to take any medicine. Want to talk to the Dr who can understand me and listen me. I have very bad experience with Drs...some were tried to physically abused me during my panic attacks in their clinic..may be I can't explain that feeling in words..when you are fighting for breath and that so called God in earth is trying to satisfied their own wish and you are helpless and can't able to stop them. At present my life is my bed..helpless , depened. So may I hope for help or...

I think something is wrong with me. I get angry at tiny things. Sometimes I regret doing it but can't change how I feel. I often remove them from my life after a small fight. I say really mean things when I'm angry. It's been there since childhood but it's really disturbing the way I react. I also have issues with my family. We are a happy family but inside I think we all are broke. Please help me deal with it. I don't know what it is.
