I have been prescribed petril beta 10 (1-0-1)for my anxiety . Is it safe to take this tablet regularly and for a long time. If not ,is there other medication for anxiety other than SSRI ,cz I have tried escitalopram and paroxetine both seem to have sedating effect on me.

Since a few months, I have been feeling terribly low. I have developed high level anxiety. Facing sleeping disorders which was earlier very deep. I feel depressed and angry over everything. Sometimes I overeat. I have been overthinking very much leading me to situation where I feel like harming myself and getting rid of myself. Sometimes I get desperate to take anxiety pills but they don't help much. I cry most of the time. Kindly help.

Unable to sleep at night, sleeps for a while at night. Does unusual activities. Goes for taking a bath every few hours as she thinks she didn't take bath in the day, forgets things frequently, does the opposite of what is asked. Does destructive things like mismanaging clothes, household items. Always leaves food in the plate. Opens the taps of the bathroom and let the water run as to waste it. Completely out of control when left unattended.

My mother in law is suffering from so many internal problems from 2 months. All day she feels dizziness, weakness And she does not talk normaly, mood changes Acidity problem, and she is affraid and nervous. Before lockdown , we took to doctor and doctor diagnosed spinal chord issue , and medication was given but after that report my mother in law was afraid

Dear Dr. Please help me out after long lockdown period I start to go my office but at this time I scared fear and sweating and started back pain I have come negative thoughts if something happens to me I have gastic and pain started. is this happen due to anxiety I'm suffering from BP and diabetes please help me your help is mean lot for me

I am having medication from past 1 year and I think that people are looking at me ,(suspected schizophrenia I am not sure of it). I am having medication at night and those are not sleeping pills i get good sleep at night but during day time i cannot sleep. Do I have insomnia and how much time will it take to be completely fit and fine ?

Can someone suggest OTC medicine for long term treatment of anxiety other than SSRI and Benzo ?I Have tried ssri they seem to have a swdatinf effect on me

Not able sleep having hands shivering body gets cold not able to concentrate mood swings and also some time heart pain
