Don't take clomipramine in day time ...bec it has sedative action. Don't take fluvoxamine at night also, because it has sleep disturbance property. Take 100 mg fluvoxamine in day 25 clomipramine at night ....this is fine

Hello Mr. If your psychiatrist has advised you to take clomipramine only at night (12.5mg). You should follow his instructions. Because Ur Psychiatrist has given more time over you & he know ur condition better than other psychiatrist ,to whom you talk just my question & answers session. If you want to change ur Psychiatrist ,u should ideally consult any Psychiatrist personally, of ur choice and follow a fixed treatment .Other wise you will be confused by different opinions of different Psychiatrist. **  Fluoxamine cause both SEDATION &      INSOMNIA. Dosing depends upon it      type ,whether it is IR (immediate release) can      be broken into half of tablet or SR,CR      ( sustained or control release) can't be      broken into half ,otherwise loose their effect .      IR type of fluoxamine can be given BD      (morning or night ) but high dose must be      given at night. But SR type sud be given once      a day ,mainly night.
Next Steps
1.Don't be in hurry to increase or decrease    doses. Have patience and give time to ur    Psychiatrist to help you. 2.It's rule in Psychiatry ,Go slow & Go low with    medicines doses.
Health Tips
** Compliance with drugs is very important in ur       illness. **Don't play with ur brain Neurotransmitters by    changing dose or altering dose of Medicines,     without supervision of ur Psychiatrist.                           * Have a safe & peaceful day. *
