Combination of antipsychotics is prescribed for which cases & what is the time limit of a trail of antipsychotic.. if reason of relapse is discontinution of trial combined with other factors then can it be said that there is treatment resistant schizo??

Respected sir/madam, It's been last 8-9 month that I'm facing a depression, which is causing me no. Of problems, like can't sleep in night at proper time and can't focus on  sdudies and many more..its making to think about past even though I don't want to I would like u to give me  a proper advice so that I could have better time And could be free of depression ( I  used all other activities to overcome it like, gym, gaming etc but didn't hit the mark)

Does insomnia causes body chills??? I dont get sleep for whole 8 hours. Does this cause body chills?

Can chronic anxiety cause all time minor breathing difficulty or breathlessness I have sever anxiety issue and feel breathlessness all time when I talk to doctor and they tells you have nothing so I feel comfortable and proper breathing

My father is suffering from schizophrenia since I was not even born. Now I am 27 year old and my father is 60. He has become so violent and he keeps talking shouting all day. He has become so week because of his medicines which is prescribed by a local psychiatrist at Nainital. He is an educated man , he belives that he is some Avatar of God Rama or krishna. He says he will rule the entire world. He dreams of such things , and he says he listens the sound from the universe. He firmly believe that one day all the big leaders from government will come and give him the power to rule the world. We are very much frustrated. We have already expended a lot of money on his treatment. He had been admitted to mental hospitals 2-3 times earlier. These days he has become so much vulnerable and we are very scared. We are a middle class family and really don't know how to treat him. He even beats my mother and sister when he is drunk. He takes drugs as cigarette , alcohal a lot. I want to consult

I have severe pain pin pricking sensations in my limbs .I m suffering from past 20 yrs . I do take prodep 20 everyday. Inspite taking medicines regularly this pain arises. I m in a miserable condition.pls help me. I do have irritable bowel syndrome and disturbed sleep at night. Constantly having pain which is killing me. I have become depressed and helpless.

Can stress causes weight loss but i m eating fine. Have just stopped eating junk and anything oily. My weight before lockdown was 54 and now it is 51.8 is it normal i have also got my cbc i have hypochondria. Is there any cure.
