Anxiety and constant worry
I had high bp and had been prescribed Telma beta for the same, earlier had acidity problems so had been prescribed esoga rd but have been taking esoza rd and alprax for anxiety since last 2 years, get acidity if don't take esoga or feel stressed if don't take alprazolam, since last one month have started exercising since last one month and bp is in the range of 110/65, but post exercise in evening bp drops to 90 to 100 by 50 to 60 but I don't feel any problem, since last 3 days having cold and sneezing with stuffed nose and alight pain on the nose bridge, also have chronic allergic cough since 4 years, but getting anxious and stressed about covid, no fever in last 10 days only been out for groceries or milk, but still feel anxious and unable to sleep is it depression or anything else
