Hi Hero, Girls or females are a counterpart of boys or males , they are not any exclusive species! If you are an individual with a specific structure & pattern so are the girls . There is no harm in staring or looking at anybody but your intention matters ! If your mind is all the time worrying with unhealthy thoughts about a women - you need to rectify it at the earliest .
