Psychological problem

I have a problem while talking to females/ girls my eyes are automatically looking at their breasts i want to control it but can't . It is out my control iam hating myself . Iam not seeing intentionally.but my eyes are out of my control . I know it is a sin. Please,I want to cure it . Will it cure? I think this is a psychological problem .Do I consult a psychologist please help me to get out of this Will it cure?
