I am facing problems related to memory. Before medicines i was able to focus and learn easily but now i am facing too much problem in learning and focussing.. Is it due to medicines.. I have been on medicines since 7 months..

I have been on medications aripirazole 10 mg and sodium valproate 500 mg since 10 months.. The were started for bipolar disorder.. Since the beginning of my treatment i am facing problem in cognition but from past 2-3 months this problem has increased several folds. I am have problem in learning and focussing.. Is it because of medicines ?? What should i do now??

I am having depression, always negative thought's Will flash in mind too much of anxiety which always thinks only negative. Always it makes me feel like it's wrong things only is going to happen, this is because from 2016 I have lost job and I went to abroad for working where I could not sustain for more than 7 months and again I failed to get suitable job for me and now I'm doing my own small business. Due to covid lot of problems I am facing which is making me more depressed and restless

Yesterday there was a fight in my family. My wife (being a lady) is not allowed to Express her views or pain with my family. I don't know what happened, she suddenly felt suffocated and went to change her dress to feel some air. The moment she walked 2-3 steps she fell down. It was kind of half unconsciousness. She was not able to breath, her energy levels were becoming very low, for few minutes she behaved as if she is going to have fits. Her feet and palms became so cold and she started to shiver a little too. We made her drink some water. She was not even opening her eyes but she was kind of blinking her eyelids. She was not even talking. We made her sit for few minute and gave her some water and ORS frequently. After 20-30 minutes, she started being okay. Later when she was able to talk a little , she told that she was not able to hear what we were talking or open her eyes during that half unconsciousness period. This is not first time. This had happened in the past too.

Does this combination have side effects. I'm taking Nexito20 for 1 year and Vantab50 from 40 days. I'm 90% alright with Nexito20 alone. Ventab seemed to work in the starting hut from 3-4 days it feels like a placebo. Dr. added 50mg more. I'm suffering coz of this 10% not getting better. I won't be able to do anything with less brain efficiency. Is this combination fine or are there any alternative medicines. Plz help me. I'm intelligent but helpless now.

Severe headaches, migrain . unable to sleep properly, irritation , mood swings very frequently. Avoiding people alot , cant focus in my work, feel sick all the time.

How to take Flunil 20mg? Please suggest a course that I can follow. Is it good for boosting confidence and mood?
