Struggling with ED
I have been struggling with self esteem issues for 4-5 months when i found out about my partner cheated on me with other women, it has affected me more deeply than i comprehended at that point, ever since than I'm struggling with my relationship with food, I'm never hungry and I'm scared of carbs fat and sugar which i used to enjoy earlier in moderation, idk what i am trying to gain by loosing interest in my daily meals, it's like I'm getting pleasure in avoiding meals by starving myself, as if I deserved it, it has come to a point where food makes me nauseous, i try to avoid as much as possible or only eat for survival, i just really really miss enjoying my meals, being excited about eating new dishes or just eating my lunch everyday. Idk what to do or where to start, i have also increased my caffeine intake as it gives me the illusion of being full while being empty stomach. I hope i was better and healthy.

Feeling like throwing up in the morning
I'm a 24-year-old introverted guy from Bangalore who experiences significant anxiety in social interactions and during exams. I've found that regular exercise, particularly gym workouts, and taking Ashwagandha tablets (himalaya) help alleviate my anxiety symptoms to some extent. I typically go to the gym in the early morning. However, I've noticed a concerning pattern where I vomit bile as soon as I wake up, before hitting the gym. This issue doesn't occur when I skip my gym sessions even if I wake up early. I'm seeking medical advice to determine if this is related to my anxiety or if there's an underlying gastrointestinal issue. What's puzzling is that if it was a gastro issue, then why doesn't it happen on the days I don't have to go to the gym in the morning?
Ps. I had a history of having anxiety and was under medication a year ago!

Excessive fear of dying & major illness.
I have been struggling with health anxiety for the past four years. Over this period, I’ve undergone several medical tests, including ECG and 2D Echo, and all results have come back normal. Despite this, I often feel like something is seriously wrong with my health and live with a constant fear that something bad is going to happen. Negative thoughts occupy my mind almost all the time.
I’ve been on various anxiety medications during these years, including Stalopam Plus, Clonafit 0.25 MD, Clonafit Beta, and a few others. However, I stopped taking all anxiety medication about a month ago. Since then, I’ve been finding it increasingly difficult to manage my daily life. I feel constantly worried, overwhelmed, and anxious, particularly with the persistent thought that something terrible is going to happen.
I’m reaching out for guidance or consultation on how to manage these thoughts and emotions effectively.
I want to find a structured path toward recovery so I return to normal life.
Thanks
