I feel like I am living in a long dream and whatever has happened in the last 7 years or so is all a dream. Also the worst part is i don't remember a lot about what happened in my relationship with my husband before marriage when we used to be a couple and my roommates etc. all is blank. Is this what you call dissociative amnesia? How to check if i have one?

I've been suffering from depression for the last 5 years, and exhausted all options. I want to try the Ketamine of my TRD. I'm aware it's schedule X drugs, and I've bought methylphenidate which is also a schedule X drug, so can I get a prescription from the psychiatrist and get it from the pharmacy to take orally. The doctor charges 40,000 to 60,000 and i can't afford it. And the govt hospital is very apathetic towards this. I am diagnosed with bipolar disorder. I am under treatment since 2019. My current medications are betacap tr40, cognicare, acamprol, lamitor dt 50 , qutipin 25. I am feeling very low and unable to cope with daily events. Earlier i was on strong medicines but now as i felt better during april may 2025 it was reduced . now again i feel severely depressed.
