Bipolar depression
I am diagnosed with bipolar disorder. I am under treatment since 2019. My current medications are betacap tr40, cognicare, acamprol, lamitor dt 50 , qutipin 25. I am feeling very low and unable to cope with daily events. Earlier i was on strong medicines but now as i felt better during april may 2025 it was reduced . now again i feel severely depressed. Please suggest

Bipolar disorder will have recurrent depressive episodes. Talk to your treating psychiatrist about adjusting medication. Maintaining circadian rhythm and managing daily stressors through therapy will also be helpful in managing bipolar depression.
