Do I Have Bipolar Disorder?
I've been feeling extreme anger at the slightest of issues which leads me to a hyperactive state. I end up crying so much, regretting over everything in life and even suicidal. After sleeping , the next day i might feel down for a while but not for long, sometimes im right back to being happy like nothing every happened. I become more happy than for a person who was suicidal a night before. This has been happening for months on and off. I overthink over everything and cry so much. These days i also find myself dissociating, looking at myself from a 3rd person perspective,I see myself from that perspective, my face, my expression, my emotion. (this happens especially at serious times). this behaviour forces me to smile when in that situation i definitely shouldn't be doing that. I dont know what I'm going through, if this is normal, can somebody help diagnose me for further treatment.
