Dear Doctor , I have been taking clofranil for long time ..Can I take crocin advance for 2 days with clofranil Would that be okay ?

I am feel depressive mood along with anxiety and unknown phobia.I took vr fm service on 31st Aug 20 fm the post of Sr.LT.During covid lockdown I was suffering from the same.Consulted Psychiatrist and was advised medicines which include Tab.Clonazepam 0.5 mg. and other medicines also can share prescription.I took only one of the medicine I.e. tab clonazepam after approval fm Psychiatrist as I was unable to take more medicines. I am hypertensive also and taking Ramipril 5 mg.regularly. As long as I use tab clonazepam I feel better but again feel depressive mood with anxiety and unknown phobia. Please advise me and guide me.

I do weight training ,can I take a natural supplement which contains ashwagandha ,safed musli and shatavari along with my antidepressant medicines,the one I take are oxcarbazepine 300 4 times a day and quetiapine 25 once a day
