I want to quit my brown sugar addiction.i tried from myself but after few days body starts paining and  I am not able to quit this.can this problem be treated by online appointment through prescribed medicine of Online doctor.

When am upset and am crying and when I close my eyes tht time, my brain visualises smaller things as big and bigger things as small. I feel severe discomfort and when i again open my eyes things are normal. What is this condition? This happens only when am upset nad thinking too many things.
