What things can I do at home to reduce generalised anexity as I stay at home all day?? Plz help......

Before yesterday after testing my father's sugar used needle pinched in my finger.My blood came from that needle and I put a sanitizer on it, then washed it with water, then washed with savlon.  After 24 hours I got tetnaus injected.So can I have an infection with that needle? Like hiv or hepatitis.

My doctor prescribed me Olanex F (10mg Olanzpine and 20mg fluxeotine) I have searched everywhere but couldn't find this medicine. Please share if you know where can I find this composition of Olanex F

Our son prepared for neet exam by putting lots of hard work. He slept very less in last 1 year. His score is not upto his expected. He is not talking to his friends and with us also much. Not interested in anything, except reading comic books in laptop. Kindly guide us doctor

I have MVP mild regurgitation. I have sleep problems and anxiety. Also facing co-ordination issues with body movements & dizziness all time ... was on psychiatric medicine for more than 12+ years....Tried multiple psychiatric medications but they just gave my symptoms relieved... Currently surviving on melatonin 2-3 mg daily and if required 5 mg CBD with 0 THC.. Having alcohol in mild quantity which supports my sleep... What will be the adverse effects of long term usage of melatonin 2-3 mg and CBD 5 mg per day in the night time... Dear doctors please assist me how to face my problems? I have few more observations to discuss with and willing to take online appointments to discuss to help ease my symptoms towards a quality life... Awaiting for responses and suggestions!!!

I am a student and suffering from depression and insomnia since 3 years. I am better than before now but this problem doesn't seem to go. I still can't sleep at night everyday and then I sleep very long duration. I haven't done any checkup before. I undergo very low mood, lost interest in everything. Even if I am doing something which should feel good, something will trigger. I have seen myself turning from a overconfident young chilled out dude to a underconfident slim low-key guy. I just keep things to myself and overthink. It started after I failed in engineering and then one after other things joined. I overthink way too much, but failing to act on anything that bothers. I don't want to get used to this as i am just 23 and there's a long way to go. I just want to be what I used to before this phase and get back to doing good for me. Please guide who should I consult.

What's the reason for feeling sleepy/tired throughout daytime even after good 7-8 hrs sleep?, i struggle with this everyday and it happens within an hour after waking up and continues till evening, after 5 pm or so i feel physical activeness, i dont understand what's wrong.

Dear Doctor, Hi i am taking antidepressants for long time ..can i take crocin advance for 2 days  with antidepressants ..is it okay ??

Can Taking two antidepressants together reduce others efficacy. I was taking Nexito20 and was 80% alright. Psychiatrist added venla225. My condition became worse than it was. Does it happen? Should Venla be tried after reducing nexito to 10mg?? My doc didn't change any dosage.
